Airial
Balloon Company welcomes weddings onboard our colorful balloons!
Weddings may take place in the morning or during the late
afternoon/evening hours at our regularly scheduled flight times.
We can accommodate any small wedding party (approximately 20 people).
Since
you must climb in and out of the gondola, we recommend that your
clothing not be too restrictive. Due to safety concerns, veils and
high heels are not allowed while flying but you may wear them before and
after the flight. Our pilots are happy to serve as witnesses to your ceremony.

For
non-flying guests, "Extra Chases" may be purchased as noted on
the Frequently
Asked Questions page. Fees include transportation to and from
the launch and landing sites, enabling these guests to view you while in
flight. We require advanced notice for any chasers so that we can
schedule additional staff members, as needed, and give our supplier
adequate time to deliver any additional beverages and food that may be
needed to accommodate your reception.
Wedding
flights are priced the same as those listed for our regular passenger
flights. To guarantee that only your party will be onboard during
your wedding you will need to purchase all of the space in the
appropriate balloon (4, 6, 8, or 10 passengers). We
recommend that you schedule your wedding flight as far in advance as
possible to avoid possible scheduling conflicts.

You
must provide your own wedding official to perform your ceremony.
Please contact us if you'd like a list of officials available to perform
weddings in hot air balloons.

Due
to adverse weather conditions we may be unable to fly on your intended
wedding date. If this is the case, we will offer you the use of
our gazebo. Use of the gazebo is free of charge if you intend to
reschedule your flight. If you choose not to reschedule your
party, a $150.00 fee will be charged for using our facility. (This
fee includes one bottle of sparkling beverage.) Hot air balloon
weddings are indescribably extraordinary but we recommend that everyone
considering an aerial wedding have an alternative plan, just in case...
For
a more intimate flight, you may wish to reserve the "Romance
Aloft" flight, with just the two of you (and pilot)
onboard. The ceremony cannot be performed during this
flight, but it is a fabulous way to start your honeymoon!
